1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L 1-2 Shift
Came in from another shop, after they swapped
transmissions. Has no up shift at all on either of the
transmissions. Has a code 18 and 28. Does anybody have any
ideas I have not run into this before. Thanks in advance.
