1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2L No Upshift
When left in drive or o/d, truck will not upshift. reverse works fine, and also shiftes properly when shifted manually. no codes from OTC scanner. Trans relay is working properly. Only thing found is that vehicle speed on scanner is not the same as what is on ...
