1991 Dodge Monaco LE 3.0L 1-2 Hard, Let Up Throttle to Allow 3rd Gear
These problems are after overhaul and 3 removals of valve body. We did put steel rings on governor. After removal of trans, we see no obvious damage internally. We did remove kickdown cable and no change appeared in driveability problems.
