VEH CAME INTO SHOP WITH AIR BAG LIGHT ON AND SEAT BELT LIGHT ON. TRIED TO RUNNING CODES BUT SCANNER WILL NOT COMMUNICATE. TRIED ALL OTHER MODULES NO PROBLEM. TRIED ANOTHER SCANNER SAME SITUATION. TESTED POWER And ground module has both. Any ideas
