1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L Radiator Fans
I work at a trans shop and this is my sister-in-laws van. My Mitchell on demand didn't give me a rad. fan relay location. Atm tests through scanner couldn't actuate either fan and fans won't turn on with A/C. Fans seem to ohm out good. Any help would be apprec...
