1995 Dodge Neon Sport 2.0L Coolant Fans, Lights, Fan Relay
As stated in repair history customer brought car to us with a coolant fan that would not shut off. I replaced the fan relay and figured the problem was solved. The fans were now working as they should but what I did'nt know was that when the headlights were on...
