2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4L Power Stearing
Im having trouble getting the power stearing pump to pivot so i can remove the belt. Is there a hidden bolt somewhere? I have loosened the top nut(next to the adjustment bolt) and the lower nut. it will not budge at all. How many bolts need loosened?
