1993 Dodge Grand Caravan LE 3.3L Tach,Speedometer
problem is tach and speedometer inop erractic. connect snap on scanner and no DTC. did scanner self test and they work. disconnect bcm to check for all battery voltage,ign,and grounds. all in specs. reference parameters are there. after reconnecting they work....
