Failed emmission No Check Engine light KOEO bulb check. Checked codes 32 Power loss light failure. Ckecked logic module pin 4 ( Blue conector disconected ) to ground with key on and no light on, so logic module ok. My question is pin 4 wire is it a ground wire...
