1996 Chrysler Town & Country LXi 3.8L Wipers
Wipers inop in all speeds. Will run if you hold the switch in wash mode. Had code for wiper switch, can command wipers to turn on with scan tool. Replaced switch and both relays, still inop. Scan tool data reads 0 volts in all switch positions in the line ...
