2003 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Extended Crank
This vehicle originally came in as a crank no start. I found that the PCM was not supplying ground to the starter relay. I had no 5v or 8v reference and all PCM grounds and powers were present. I replaced the PCM and had reprogrammed. Now the vehicle crank...
