1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Ignition cylinder and shift interlock.
The ignition lock cylinder and the shift interlock intermittantly do not work properly. Sometimes the interlock works fine, but the key cyl. doesn't return to the lock position, but you can turn and start the vehicle. Other times the key won't turn to lock but...
