1998 Dodge Caravan 3.0L Odometer
This vehicle had the transmission replaced and after this the digital odometer/tripmeter will illuminate for a few seconds and then go off...totally black...this happens KOEO or KOER. The speedometer is inop and on scan data has no VSS signal...stays at 0mph. ...
