1996 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Wipers
The wipers will come on and make one to four passes then quit, without touching the switch. Also when they use the intermittent wipers they might stop half way up or stop all the way out and they have to manually turn the wipers off at the bottom, otherwords, ...
