1988 Dodge Colt Vista 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Poor Fuel Economy
I just got this car and after fixing the clutch problems and getting the black smoke at idle fixed by replacing O2 sensor and spark plugs, I took it for an emmisions test. It failed the co and hc terriably. I work on heavy duty diesel engines, I'm not sure...
