1988 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L Poor Idle Quality
This cherokee came in to the shop with a high idle complaint, high idle all the time, running 1800 to 2000 rpm no load. Idle air control was shut all the way down, throttle plate so clogged no air could pass. The intake was so loose, it had a massive air leak....
