2001 Plymouth Neon High Line 2.0L No Start
I have a 2001 Plymouth Neon. It has an intermittent no start. When it is cranking,and not starting, the ASD relay is turning off and looks like a signal with a 80% duty cycle. PCM is causing the relay to do this. When failing, the following have digital signal...
