I have an odd situation. 99 jeep grand cherokee. 4.7 Vehicle was towed in. With key on, ASD relay just buzzes. Vehicle cranks ok. ECM is not fully grounding ASD relay to energize system. When I apply ground to it, it energizes and vehicle will start and run no...
