Vehicle drove in with complaint of power loss in 3rd gear and up. Customer states Vacuum pump was leaking oil, he seperated P/S pump from vacuum pump and replaced seal in vacuum pump. Never removed vacuum pump from engine. Next trip out would not pull hills wi...
