1995 Eagle Talon ESi 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, MIL Lamp on
code 43 occures after 10 min. driving, car begins to surge at idle. Flow chart led to replacment of ecm. did not fix problem. coil has also been replaced and wiring [...] grounds ok.
