Snap on scanner says all sensors etc are OK but the vehicle will not go into closed loop. Has a hesitation at 50 mph. What are we missing? O2 sensor is new. Snap On says coolant temp sensor, map sensor etc are good. All ideas welcomed Thanks in advance.
