1997 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L No ECM Response
Hi group, my only problem is with programming the VIN into this new PCM. When I go to "read vin" in system tests (using snap-on scanner)and enter the VIN it asks "are you sure you want to..." of course I hit yes. The screen goes blank and nothing ever happens....
