Car failed smog check, mostly because of high CO. A lot of times it is a high as 9 %. I don't understand the O2 sensor. There are 5 volts on the O2 wire out of the PCM. There are about 4.9 volts with sensor plugged in. My tech line said the 5 v is correct beca...
