1991 Eagle Talon 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
Hi group, this is a friends talon and he's having a surging problem at idle. It lopes about 500 rpm, hot or cold, not everytime. If you unplug the TPS it idles at 1500 straight as an arrow. He's replaced the IAC valve and cleaned the throttle body out. The TPS...
