1996 Dodge Ram 1500 3.9L Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
This truck runs poorly and fuel consumption is poor. Keeps
setting code 43, peak primary circuit current not achieved.
Plugs, cap and rotor replaced. Wires look OK on scope.
Ohmed the coil and compared it with a new one and they were
both the same.
