hello everyone

i have this dodge van just replaced intake/exhaust manifold. The exhaust manifold was cracked. Used the original carb but was runnin rich. some black smoke at tailpipe. did a major tune-up(plugs,wires,gas air filetr,pcv) But the problem is at 8...
