1996 Dodge Stratus 2.4L No Start
This car was towed in with a no crank/no start problem. First I turned the key to "run" and noted no warning lights on dash, and then to "crank" and had no crank. Then I looked in the wiring diagram and found there is a fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box mar...
