1996 Chrysler Sebring JX 2.5L No Start
This car has no spark,no crank signal, or no cam signal. By following Mitchell flow charts,we get to the 5 volt supply wire from the PCM,we have .2 volts at the PCM. I have the proper voltage on the battery supply and ignition wires at the PCM. I have also got...
