Vehicle came to us with mil on. Tps voltage is 4.80 at c/t

and 4.98 at wot. I am getting 5.7 volts at the tps plug on the tps signal input wire. I also located the wire at the pcm removed it from the plug and found that I still have 5.7 volts at the tps input...
