1997 Dodge Neon 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
car came in with check engine light on check evap solenoid and it was not gettin signal,retest and it wont show any reading on scanner,will keep rolling words and numbers, try scanner in another vehicle and scanner o.k. try on car and still going crazy install...
