1983 Chrysler Imperial 5.2L Excessive Emissions, No Start
I would like to know if anyone has seen a car like this. The air cleaner assembly has to be fully assembled or you can't do any test on this vehicle. I am very curious about this system. I changed the car over to carbureted system because I could not get parts...
