Neon keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse under the hood. It ONLY - ONLY blows the fuse when cranking. I have unhooked the starter solenoid, neutral safety switch, and fuel pump. Still blows. Will not blow with switch in the on position. Only while cranking. Thoug...
