1993 Eagle Summit DL 1.8L Stall, MIL Lamp on
This Eagle Summit Wagon (Mitsu Expo LPV) has a CTS code 21 with a MIL flicker intermittently. The CTS ohmed OK and Ref & Ground checked OK so I cleared memory and subed a 1K resistor for the CTS and it reset a CTS 21 code. I would just pop a new CTS in but had...
