1996 Dodge Avenger ES 2.5L MIL Lamp on
Car runs fine, MIL is on. Code PO135 is present. Using troubleshooter in Snap-On scanner, I did a test that gave me unsure results. The test was a heater test, I thought either myself or the scanner are doing something wrong. scanner always seems to read .47 v...
