1996 Dodge Neon 2.0L MIL Lamp on, High Idle
Okay......this Neon is driving me nuts. Comes in with SES light on and high idle. Scan tool shows IAC counts at 0 like computer is trying to control idle speed but idles at about 1050 rpm. Target idle speed is about 850. If I hook up my IAC tester and open and...
