1995 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L Surge, Cuts out
This car will idle fine most of the time. When driving it surges/bucks very bad at a steady tps [...] pushed for more tps the problem [...] the tps with vantage shows a steady increase and NO drop [...] psi is in the spec range.
