2000 Dodge Neon ES 2.0L Hesitation
This neon has a hesitation during accel from a stop that is intermittent. There is a flash update for dodge neons that fits this problem, but when attempting to do a flash update, the chrysler mds2 does not recognize the pcm part number so no flash is possible...
