1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.0L MIL Lamp on
this van came in with a code 21. I checked o2 with labscope and it was very slow to respond. I changed it out with oem o2. re-tested and all seemed to be well. A week later it comes back with code 21 again. In history part of scanner, it showed that it happene...
