Engine cranks but will not start. This happens for about 4 to 5 engine cranks. I noticed that the fuel pressure wasn't coming up until the 4th or 5th KOEO. At first I thought possible fuel pump but now I notice before the 4th or 5th KOEO, the CHECK ENGINE ligh...
