1995 Plymouth Voyager 3.0L Poor Idle Quality
Have been through everthing tring to get this thing to idle smooth.I have found this problem and can't find the cause. I have 4.9 volts showing on the center wire on the TPS conector, it goes to pin 22 on the ECM.i cant find out where this votage is coming fro...
