1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
Customer complaint is when the car is filled with fuel it will start and die then wll restart and buck and surge and die then restarts he takes off and will drive fine. I have not been able to duplicate the problem but this is the 2nd owner and same complaint....
