I have a Jeep that does not store codes (1989).

when I measure O2 voltage it starts out as 5 volts.

Should this be closer to .5 volts?

With the O2 connecter pulled I get a 5 volt reading, I have no continuity between the O2 with and the chassis ground or ba...
