We replace the fuel pump in June 1999, again in Aug 2000 with 17636 miles on first pump. Fuel pump is nonfunctioning again. We have 12v and good ground at the fuel pump. This will be the third pump with less than 20,000 miles on it. We use Carter new pumps. Ha...
