1997 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L No Start, blows fuse
Itermitily blows under hood mini fuse labled fuel pump. checking wiring diagram it powers shut down realy and fuel pump relay as horn relay. Custormore reports all is fine until they go to start it in morning
