1992 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Excessive Emissions
Failed smog check with high nox 15 mph 1061 (max 1006) 25
mph 1444 (max 866) Had same problem about 2 month ago with
another vehicle 1989 with 3.0 engine.
