1988 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer 4.0L High Idle
This vehicle will not pass state inspection due to high idle (1,150) . I want to see if the ECM is reading the correct RPM but cannot find the ALDL . Can turn the minimum air screw and idle slows , but will creep back to 1,150 . Mostly I would like to know whe...
