This wrangler, scans at 4.84v with closed throttle. ( should be around 1.0v. Code 24 ,or p0123, TPS high. tps ref. volt at 5.11v, groung within .50mV, signal is 1.07v at pcm, connector is OK. The pcm is new, cal/mass emmissions. Power, grounds ect. are ok at P...
