1989 Dodge caravan 2.5L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Surge, Stall
This van will start & run good for a few minutes & then start to surge rich & stall. It will not restart for several minutes to as long as a few hours. I'm sure you're all thinking the famous shorted injector as I did, but a new one did not make any difference...
