1995 Chrysler Cirrus LX 2.5L Hesitation, MIL Lamp on
vehicle came in with code 21 which was o2 stays at center we replaced the o2 sensor customer came back a few days later with ml light on with code 21 again, we hooked the car up to the scope plugs and wires are okay, right o2 is always switching on the scanner...
