1990 Dodge SHADOW 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on
The original complaint on this vehicle was poor fuel economy. I test drove and noticed engine runs/ idles rough and black smoke coming from tailpipe (rich mixture). Scanning computer revealed code 51 (Lean Fuel/Air Mix). O2 voltage stuck at .1 volt. ...
